Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number(s). We do not issue RA numbers after 3 days of receiving package.
The RA number(s) must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by EG Page + Therapy within 6 business days of issuing an RA number(s). We do not accept late returns.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt with the RA number(s).
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise, customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from E.G. Page + Therapy.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise returns, if the following is not complete
1.) Proper protocol was not followed (RA request via Support Email)
2.) Returns received after 6 business days
3.) Items are not in original condition
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs but they should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning the item(s) back to E.G. Page + Therapy, but the shipping charge for item(s) replacing the return will be waived.

If items are received after the 6 business days, a notification will be sent with 3 options
1.) The package will be bounced back to sender
2.) You will receive a merchandise credit for online only
3.) Incur a 30% restocking fee
SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR, AND UNDERGARMENTS are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If these items are sent back they will be returned at the cost of the recipient.
