ONLINE Return for Refund or Return for ONLINE Merchandise Credit
Please read instructions carefully regarding our ONLINE return policy.
Return for Refund:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ONLINE purchase, please email us at support@shoptherapypasadena.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and must insure item(s) being returned for their full value.
Return for ONLINE Merchandise Credit:
Please email us at support@shoptherapypasadena.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return. The customer will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number, return address, merchandise credit number (MCN#) and a promo code for free shipping on your ONLINE exchange order. Online MCN#’s are for ONLINE use only and do not translate to in store credits. 
ONLINE Return for Refund or ONLINE MRC #
The RA number provided must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received to the address provided within 6 business days of issuing an RA number.
Any returns received after the 6 business day window will be sent back to the customer and not returned.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and without damages of any kind.
Any item(s) with indication of wear, use or damage will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
All original tags must be attached. Original packaging materials including: garment bags, shoe boxes, tissue, etc. must be returned in the manner with which it was received. If the items are not returned as such Therapy & EG Page reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee to the card used on the original ONLINE purchase. We will notify you by phone or email if this is the case.
SHOES: Upon receiving your shoes, please try them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, garment bag and all packaging within the shoebox. 
Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.
Therapy & EG Page does not process returns / exchanges / or refunds for any sale merchandise, undergarments, swimwear or accessories purchased ONLINE.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or ONLINE credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Therapy & EG Page.
ONLINE In Store Exchanges
Please read instructions carefully before deciding to exchange an ONLINE purchase in one of our locations as ONLINE inventory differs from all 3 store locations. 
Items purchased ONLINE may be exchanged in 1 of our 3 locations if accompanied by the original packing receipt and RA number within 3 days of receiving your order.

Therapy & EG Page does not return / exchange / or refund sale merchandise, undergarments, swimwear or accessories purchased ONLINE.
In store exchanges for ONLINE purchases are store credit only, no exceptions.
Please email us at support@shoptherapypasadena.com within 3 days of receiving your ONLINE purchase with the reason for exchange and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you want to exchange for a different size/color, please include that in your email for the reason for exchange so that we may ensure it is available in the store and secure it for you. If it is not available in your local store, but available in 1 of our other 2 locations, customers are responsible for any shipping charges.
Price Adjustments
If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within 5 days of the original ONLINE order date, Therapy & EG Page will adjust the price of the marked down item(s). If a coupon was used in the original purchase, that coupon cannot be applied to the price adjustment and only the difference between the original price paid and the new discounted price will be refunded. To receive a price adjustment, email support@shoptherapypasadena.com with your order number and we will let you know when we have completed your adjustment. Eligible refunds will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Out-of-Stock Items & Special Ordering
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail support@shoptherapypasadena.com, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked or if it is available for special order.
Price Matching
Only at the time of the ONLINE purchase will Therapy & EG Page match another ONLINE
retailer's advertised prices. Please email support@shoptherapypasadena.com to make your request. The specifications are as follows:
Price match must be on merchandise of identical style, color, size and currently in stock.
  • The retailer's price must be visible on their site for verification.
  • The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the designer.
  • The retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars.
  • Therapy & EG Page will not match prices for websites that operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator.
  • Price matching cannot be combined with any Therapy & EG Page promotion or coupon code.
All ONLINE orders shipped outside of California are tax free, those shipped within in California
will be charged California tax.
At this time we only ship domestically online, but don’t hesitate to email
support@shoptherapypasadena.com for international shipping requests and we will come up with a solution.
Therapy & EG Page will ship via UPS or USPS with orders over $150 and shipping is free.  
We charge the following domestic rates for UPS:
1. UPS Ground (0-5 lb.) $15.00
2. UPS 3 Day (0-5 lb.) $35.00
3. UPS 2 Day (0-5 lb.) $45.00
FREE GROUND SHIPPING on any domestic order $150 or more.
Free ground shipping will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders received before 11am PST, Mon-Fri, will be processed and shipped out that same day. Orders received after 11am PST Mon - Fri and on Sat and Sun will be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Orders received on a Holiday will be processed and shipped out the following day.
If you have special delivery instructions, just include a note in the Comments box upon placing your order. We'll do our very best to accommodate your needs.
